The new collective agreement is signed!

We are happy to announce that the FIQ and the government signed the new    2024-2028 collective agreement today

This marks the official end of negotiations and the going into force of your new provincial collective agreement on December 15, 2024, including the premium for critical periods which officially starts on that date. Over the last few weeks, we have done everything possible to ensure that the texts are finalized as quickly as possible, so that you can quickly benefit from the progress made in this round of negotiations.

That said, it is now time to apply the new negotiated texts. Your union representatives will ensure that the deployment complies with the signed texts, and you have a key role to play in this process. You are in the best position to see this deployment on a day-to-day basis and inform your local team about anything that does not comply with the gains obtained.
