Hélène Cadotte

I am a nurse and have been the secretary-treasurer of the FIQ – SPS de Montérégie-Est since 2019, where I have participated actively in union life. I have been on the FIQ’s Internal Audit Committee and Union Defence Fund Committee since 2021, where I have gained precious experience.

I am running again enthusiastically to continue this important work. I am organized, rigorous and committed and I put my skills to work for members to ensure responsible management that is consistent with the decisions made by the delegation.

I believe this committee plays a key role: it makes it possible to ensure that our resources are being used well in line with our values and collective choices. It’s a commitment I take to heart.
