Referendum vote: general assemblies still underway

General assemblies are currently being held to present the conciliator’s recommendation and answer all your questions about provincial negotiations. It is very important that you participate because these are the best places to get accurate, truthful information. If your general assembly has already taken place, your union representatives are still the first people you should contact to get answers to your questions.

Note that it is also possible to get details on the conciliator’s recommendation on the FIQ’s website. There, you will find explanatory clips and you can use the salary projection tool to calculate how the salary measures will impact your salary, as well as get an estimate for the salary retroactivity you will receive if the recommendation is adopted.

Moreover, we encourage you to be very vigilant about the information going around. We respond to questions asked on the FIQ’s social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). However, given the high volume, we don’t systematically reply to each one. Your local team is still the best resource for ensuring you get an answer to all your questions.
